Promote Co-Lead:
Louise is a Business Architect at Accenture, specialising in Finance Technology products and holds a Bachelor of Corporate Law degree from University of Galway. At the outset of her career, Louise worked as a stakeholder engagement lead on high profile infrastructure projects in Sydney, Australia and on her return to Ireland, applied her skills to Finance Technology product design. Louise is a strong advocate for the employee voice and challenging norms in the workplace to foster inclusive work environments for all employees. Louise has a particular interest in the power of effective communication to foster success and effects this through her role as Promote Co-Lead of CWiT.
