Sharon has 25 years’ experience in Dell and has held various leadership roles across our HR & Facilities function and currently leads the EMEA real estate and facilities organization

As the Product Management Lead for the Customer Engagement Business Unit at Accenture, Shalini drives the development of innovative products for contact centers, including Gen AI-enabled chatbots, data driven analytics software, and coaching and simulation tools for live agents. Leading a product development in a large consulting firm, Shalini collaborates with diverse teams to support digital transformation and operations for clients globally. Shalini holds a BEng in Electronic Engineering and a PhD in Digital Video Networks. With over 20 years in the tech sector, she is a passionate advocate for diversity in STEM and has been an active member of CWIT, including serving as a pillar lead. Currently, she is also on advisory / steering committees for the STEM Teacher Internships, Guidance and Industry Network, and Accelerate with AI.
