Membership and Admissions Lead:
Tara currently works in Meta’s Legal and Compliance Operations team focusing on Developer Operations, and previously worked in consultancy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Law and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. In her current and previous roles she has been an active member of multiple women initiatives focusing on empowering women and driving equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. She is extremely passionate about breaking the bias and raising awareness for young women across Ireland to consider a career in the technology sector. Tara recently joined the CWIT team and has a particular interest in establishing new membership partners to expand and grow CWIT’s reach across Ireland.
