Trudi is an enthusiastic, practical, collaborative leader skilled in management of technology and business change to cost, time and quality agenda. Her current role is Service Enablement Senior Manager within the Office of the CTO in BT Ireland. Built on a background in engineering, she has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT sector, with a strong track record of project and financial governance while motivating and developing teams. Throughout her career, she has pushed for equality, diversity and inclusion, being aware of the power that this brings to the bottom line. She is the driving force behind Inspiring WoMen in Business, the BT Ireland women’s network.
