Retain Co-Lead: Joana is a business analyst in HPE financial services, as well as a HPE Women’s Network Lead. She has a background in arts and education, and prior to joining the tech sector worked in cultural retail and research. While volunteering, Joana had her first comms position and developed her passion for training and community building.
She joined CWIT in 2020 as an Early Careers Rep for HPE, where she has also been leading the CWIT Books&Culture. She is an inclusion and diversity advocate, a communication affectionate, a culture lover and an enthusiastic volunteer.
