4th October, 2019: On Friday 4th October, Connecting Women in Technology (CWIT) held a Masterclass on ‘Engaging Men and Women in the Diversity Journey’ which was presented by Peter Cosgrove, founder of the Future of Work initiative on behalf of the 30% Club. Kindly hosted by Xilinx, over 100 men and women from across our 18 member companies came along to learn more about the crucial importance of engaging men in the diversity discussion.
It was the first time that CWIT has partnered with the 30% Club and it was a huge success. We are in further discussions to see how our two networks can come together in a more extended capacity in the coming months so watch this space for more information.
